What I'm looking for

A full-time remote role (long-term contracts welcome) on a team building something meant to last. I'm a generalist: I've run a studio, built a product from zero and audited startups for VCs, so I'm most useful where product, operations, brand and go-to-market overlap and nobody owns the gap yet. I probe the whys, map what's really happening, then build systems people actually use.

I'm an Industrial Engineer (VIT, 2021) who builds the systems behind growing companies. For four years I ran Brands of Earth, a bootstrapped studio with associates across India, the US, Bangladesh, Ukraine and Germany, where I set up the SOPs and delivery pipeline that took every project from proposal to legal handoff. Clients included cybersecurity startups Trackd (acquired in 2024) and Astronuts, and healthtech firms Sina Laboratories and Durrell, where we designed patient-facing service models. Before that, I was on the founding team of Turnabill, an e-receipt startup, where I designed its core system logic and ran pilot recruitment. I’ve also been a venture scout in LvlUp Ventures' VC in Residence program. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and IBM Design Thinking Practitioner.
