I helped build BillMe from an early-stage product serving roughly 10 merchants into a platform used by 4,000+ businesses across 15,000 retail POS. As its founding designer, I owned discovery, research, scoping, design systems, and end-to-end product experiences that contributed to BillMe's acquisition by Razorpay in 2023.

At Razorpay, I lead design for BillMe's integration into Razorpay One, carrying merchant data forward without re-entry and resolving complex hierarchy challenges through a custom multi-level component. I also built the AI-assisted Digi-Bill Builder v1 and advanced a Figma-to-code workflow using Claude to generate production frontend bills.

I've turned GST billing, DPDA consent, digital signature certificates, and multi-store management into intuitive workflows. My work includes BillMe's Digital Bill platform, which delivered 4.8 Cr+ bills, and a trigger-based engagement campaign builder that delivered up to 70% retention lift for clients including McDonald's.

Alongside design, I take on product-management responsibilities including client requirement scoping, field discovery, and quarterly roadmap inputs. I enjoy shaping complex operational products into scalable experiences that work for merchants, sales teams, and enterprise brands.
