In senior and frontline bookselling roles I supervised daily store activities, managed inventory control and supplier coordination, and handled financial transactions with accuracy and compliance. I have a track record of improving merchandising and store layout to increase product visibility and sales.

My background includes outbound sales and lead generation, where I built pipelines, executed upsell strategies, and conducted follow-up to boost retention. I mentor and train junior staff to raise customer service standards and strengthen team performance.
