What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead mission-driven learning, professional development, engagement, or partnership programs where I can translate strategy into scalable experiences, coach professionals, build cross-functional alignment, and use AI thoughtfully to strengthen delivery.

I've led education and engagement programs at Golda Och Academy, The Jewish Education Project, Columbia/Barnard Hillel, and The Jewish Agency for Israel. My work has included 50 professional-learning experiences for 220+ educators, a digital course used by 230+ participants, and professional development across 30 university campuses.

I translate learning needs and institutional priorities into curricula, facilitated experiences, partnerships, and scalable programs. I also coach professionals, manage cross-functional delivery, and use generative AI to strengthen learning design, facilitator resources, and participant-facing materials.
