At Bank of Kigali PLC, I manage a corporate banking portfolio covering Real Estate, Construction and the Chinese Desk, with RWF 252 billion in loans and RWF 140 billion in deposits. I also established the Chinese Customer Value Proposition, attracting customers to trade finance products and guarantees.

Previously, at NCBA BANK (Rwanda)PLC, I was Senior Manager, Corporate Banking Group, and at Guaranty Trust (Rwanda)PLC, I was Head, SME Banking Group. In these roles, I managed teams, evaluated company creditworthiness and worked to grow loan books and customer relationships.
