I’m looking for an entry-level IT Support or Helpdesk role where I can deliver user support, use my hardware/networking fundamentals, and keep growing in a technical team—starting with reliable troubleshooting, documentation, and strong customer communication.

I’m motivated and technically skilled, transitioning into Information Technology with a strong foundation in computer hardware, networking, and cybersecurity. I’m certified through Cisco Networking Academy programs including Network Configuration, Cyber Threat Management, and Network Defense.
