What I'm looking for

As a Documentalist, I want to help software development run smoothly through accurate, well-organized documentation that supports system requirements and clear communication across teams.

At Fintech Group, I create user manuals, technical documents, tender documentation, and help files for core banking and channel solutions. I also develop learning and development curricula and frameworks, and help clients learn about system features and enhancements.

I’ve developed and maintained documentation for fintech and banking solutions, standardized templates, and managed document lifecycles from creation through archival. I also established document governance processes to improve accuracy and reduce duplication.

My quality assurance work includes test planning and case design, functional and regression testing, integration testing, UAT, and exploratory testing. I use Python, Selenium, Playwright, and Appium for automation and scripting, and validate APIs and AI-driven features.

Before my current role, I worked as an Administrative Assistant and as a Secretary at Raha Suits Hotel, Nairobi. I hold a Diploma in ICT from Railways Training Institute- Nairobi and the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification.
