What I'm looking for

I am looking for a senior QA role focused on test automation, performance testing, and data-driven quality in an agile, collaborative environment with opportunities to lead and mentor.

I am a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer with ISTQB Advanced Test Automation certification and a MSc in Information Technology (Business Intelligence & Data Analytics) from Strathmore University. I combine deep technical testing expertise with analytical skills to drive data-informed quality decisions.

My background spans Telecommunications and Fintech where I designed and implemented test automation across web, mobile, API, and USSD channels using Selenium, Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript), Robot Framework, Rest Assured, and Appium. I have integrated automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and reduced manual testing through comprehensive automation.

I have led QA teams, established QA frameworks, and managed defect lifecycles using tools such as JIRA and TestRail, while also delivering performance and load testing with Apache JMeter and Smockin. I am experienced in change management, stakeholder coordination, and building dashboards and reports to track system and team performance.

I am a proactive communicator and trainer who has delivered internal training, process documentation, and operational improvements that improved release reliability and productivity.
