I’m a results-driven MBA graduate with 7+ months of hands-on remote work experience supporting end-to-end operations through CRM management, order/workflow coordination, and clear client communication. I’m self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable delivering accurate results in fast-paced environments.
In my current role as a Sales Coordinator, I manage multiple client accounts and ensure smooth operations through professional email and phone communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. I handle CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zoho CRM for lead tracking, pipeline management, follow-ups, and accurate data entry.
I also coordinate cross-functional work with operations, product, and finance teams to maintain timely and correct service delivery. I prepare and maintain documentation (proposals, agreements, contracts, and billing records), monitor key performance metrics, and proactively identify and escalate issues for fast resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Previously, as a Management Trainee at Prudent Corporate Advisory Limited, I coordinated onboarding of new business partners, maintained organized partner records using spreadsheets and CRM tools, and generated 35 SIPs, closing approximately ₹9.3 lakhs in NFO business during my tenure.
