What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role where I can use business development, CRM management, customer support, and sales coordination skills to achieve organizational goals while continuing my professional growth.

I've supported customer service, sales coordination, and back-office operations for more than 11 years, helping teams manage leads, customer requirements, and day-to-day sales processes.

At Luk Plastcon Ltd., a Bajaj Group company, I handle 30+ outbound domestic customer calls daily, administer Zoho CRM, manage IndiaMART leads, and coordinate customers, field sales teams, and internal departments. I also support exhibitions, trade events, and social media activities to improve lead generation and brand visibility.

Previously at Aquaproof Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I generated and nurtured leads through 20+ daily outbound calls, coordinated sales schedules and orders, provided after-sales support, and worked with Tally Prime and internet mailing.
