I'm looking to lead large-scale technology and digital transformation programs where I can shape strategy, govern complex vendor ecosystems, work with senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable citizen or business outcomes.

I lead technology programs for ARMMAN’s Kilkari and Mobile Academy platforms, serving around 1 crore beneficiary mothers and 7 lakh+ ASHA workers for the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. I oversee a ₹20–25 Cr portfolio across Core Engine, MIS, IVR, and WhatsApp, including vendor governance, financial tracking, production escalations, and national rollout decisions.

I’ve delivered digital transformation and e-governance initiatives with EY, the Government of Punjab, Indian Railways, ESIC, and Samsung R&D.
