What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead AI-first enterprise transformation, helping organisations embed Generative AI, automation, governance, and Agile delivery practices to improve productivity, quality, time-to-market, and customer outcomes.

At Coforge, I lead a $14M+ business portfolio across multiple accounts, setting up teams and onsite-offshore models to deliver multi-year digital transformation programs. I’ve coordinated eight Scrum teams through an Agile factory model, delivering 360 story points every five weeks, while driving Generative AI and GitHub Copilot adoption across Europe.

Over 20 years, I’ve led programs spanning banking, insurance, healthcare, pharma, industrial automation, and mobility, including roles at ELI Research, Edynamic, iGATE, Tavant, Siemens, Dish TV, and Havells. I build AI-ready organisations through governance, workforce enablement, intelligent automation, Agile/DevOps practices, GCC setup, and practical delivery improvements that raise quality, productivity, and customer outcomes.
