I’m looking for opportunities where I can apply business analytics and AI-enabled tools to support HR/data-driven decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to growth-focused initiatives.

I’m an AI-enabled MBA candidate with experience in HR and data management at Reliance Industries, where I helped keep employee data accurate and compliant while improving HR record efficiency. I combine analytics with people-focused operations to support smarter, faster decisions.

I strengthen my work through advanced Excel, data analysis, and applied AI tools—using ChatGPT, Gemini, Kaggle, Miro, and Canva to turn information into actionable insights. I’ve trained in AI-enabled business tools and use them to enhance productivity and decision-making.

I’m especially motivated by business development and strategic collaboration, pairing stakeholder communication with analytical thinking. Through leadership roles like President – Academics & Alumni Committee, I developed coordination and crowd management skills that help me work effectively across teams.
