I've also supported HR operations at Hinduja Global Solutions as both an HR Intern and HR Apprentice. My work included recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing and screening, onboarding paperwork, payroll documentation, attendance audits, compliance tracking, and employee grievance routing.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Finance and HR at ICFAI Business School, combining people operations with financial analysis and business analytics. I use Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, R, and HR systems to turn data into practical business insight.
