During my internship at Skillgenic as an HR Analytics Intern, I analyzed recruitment data to identify trends and improve sourcing strategies. I collaborated with HR to develop data-driven insights that optimized the hiring process, maintaining candidate databases and tracking key hiring metrics for reporting.
