What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my application support, troubleshooting, and software development experience to help customers resolve technical issues and contribute to reliable product improvements.

At SAP, I owned roughly 20 customer support cases and chats each week for enterprise SAP applications, maintaining over 95% response-time SLA adherence. I investigate incidents through reproduction testing, traces, logs, and system evidence to isolate root causes and performance bottlenecks.

I've also supported a React 17-to-18 migration at REBL and built secure networking projects in Python. I enjoy documenting clear technical findings, guiding customers through troubleshooting, and partnering with product and engineering teams on lasting fixes.
