What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to a collaborative, client-facing software team where I can build full-stack features, strengthen QA practices, document solutions clearly, and keep learning new technologies.

I've built and shipped client-facing frontend features for ISHO.tech, a community volunteer platform, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and REST APIs. I owned component architecture, state management, authentication workflows, and API integration.

As QA Lead, I designed test cases, documented issues, validated fixes, and tracked bugs through resolution across Agile sprint cycles. I communicated blockers and API-contract risks early while contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.

I also built a full-CRUD Job Application Tracker with React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB Atlas, JWT authentication, GitHub Actions, Vercel, and Render. I maintained as-built documentation and debugged production issues involving authentication, CORS, and environment configuration.

At SAIT, I provided deskside and remote technical support, diagnosing issues and translating technical concepts into practical guidance. I bring hands-on experience with C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, SQL, QA, documentation, and collaborative software delivery.
