I am an early-stage food brand professional with hands-on experience in packaging, compliance, operations, and business setup. I have supported founders in building scalable businesses by creating business plans and setting up end-to-end operations.

At FaithFoods/Organic India I led packaging and compliance efforts from concept to launch, established a packhouse facility and supply chain workflows, and collaborated on ERP (Odoo) implementation to streamline operations. I negotiated with vendors to reduce material costs while improving packaging quality.

Previously, I managed packaging design, compliance and material sourcing during an internship, executing regulatory checks to ensure adherence to FSSAI standards and optimizing facility setups. I have also addressed supply chain inefficiencies in manufacturing internships to improve operational performance.

I combine a creative mindset with collaborative problem-solving and adaptability, and I am passionate about helping emerging food and agri brands grow through scalable processes, creative solutions, and collaborative execution.
