At FoodReady, I onboarded 332 partner accounts through 604 live sessions and resolved 14,458 partner and user queries across 653 accounts. I helped non-technical users move from first login to daily use.
I built the onboarding toolkit the team now uses as standard, including project plans, document registers, status reports, and gap-analysis templates. I also created a live CRM-connected dashboard that gave leadership visibility into account stage, adoption, and at-risk accounts.
At FoodReady, I kept Close CRM data audit-ready, authored a pricing threshold model reviewed by the CEO, and retained two at-risk accounts. I also turned recurring queries and test findings into summaries that informed product roadmap decisions.
