I’m an M.Sc. Food Technology graduate with over one year of hands-on experience in production operations, food safety compliance, and in-process quality control in a manufacturing environment. I’m proficient in HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000, and FSSAI regulations, with a strong focus on SOP compliance, accurate documentation, and stringent hygiene.
In my role as a Trainee Production Executive at IFF, I monitored liquid filling operations, performed in-process quality checks (weight verification, appearance inspection, packaging accuracy), and ensured packaging and labeling compliance. I coordinated with QA and production teams on deviations and corrective/preventive actions, maintained batch records and shift reports, and supported internal food safety and hygiene audits on the production floor.
