What I'm looking for
I am an aspiring Food Technologist completing a B.Tech in Food Technology with strong academic performance (CGPA 8.73 till 7th sem) and hands-on industry exposure. My training emphasizes food safety, hygiene, and production workflows gained through internships in beverage and food manufacturing.
During a Quality Control & Production internship at Euro Fresh Foods India Ltd., I supported QA/QC testing of beverages, learned CIP procedures, raw material handling, equipment calibration, and production documentation. At APD Foods Pvt. Ltd. I assisted production supervision, SOP adherence, and hygiene monitoring.
I have led and contributed to academic product-development projects including fibre-rich sticks, a functional tepache beverage, a spiced watermelon functional drink, and a clean-label chocolate-seed bar. I also completed coursework through NPTEL in Dairy and Food Process & Products Technology and hold basic German language skills.
I bring practical knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sanitation standards, inventory management, and waste minimization, combined with communication, teamwork, and service-focused experience. I am motivated to join a fast-paced food production or quality role where I can apply and expand my food-safety and product-development skills.
