What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging role where I can apply HACCP and food safety standards, lab practices, and careful food handling to strengthen quality assurance, support product development, and improve supply chain optimization.

I’m a B.Sc. Food Technology student with hands-on laboratory and food safety understanding, focused on applying technical knowledge to real quality outcomes. I’m hardworking, punctual, and well-organized, with a strong mindset for decision-making in fast-moving environments.

In my training with Tirhut Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sangh Ltd., I learned food safety standards and HACCP. My project work on frozen fish processing strengthened my ability to manage quality checks, hygienic handling, packing and labeling, and cold storage management.

I’m seeking a challenging role to apply my laboratory skills and HACCP understanding in quality assurance, product development, or supply chain optimization. I want to contribute to safer products and smoother processes while continuing to grow professionally through practical, standards-led work.
