At Amadeus IT Group, I led product performance and operations across 20+ solution lines while managing commercial relationships across 450+ customer accounts in Qatar.
I drove Amadeus solution rollouts, resolved complex ticketing, PNR, and product issues, and promoted Hotels, Cars, Transfers, and Insurance content to diversify travel-seller revenue. I also spearheaded end-to-end NDC content for the Qatar market, supporting airline enablement, testing, and adoption strategies.
I built and led cross-functional teams spanning account management, helpdesk, technical support, and product functions, embedding accountability and consistent operational performance. Earlier, I designed instructor-led and virtual training, user guides, and workflows that improved product adoption and accelerated consultant onboarding.
My travel technology foundation includes operational support and training at Abacus International, plus airport reservations and ticketing at Air Sahara. I bring deep GDS, distribution, ticketing, service delivery, and customer engagement experience to complex travel operations.
