I’m looking for a customer success role where I can build consultative relationships, lead remote onboarding and retention, and drive growth across international markets—using clear communication, milestone tracking, and proactive escalation handling.

I’m a relationship-driven, trilingual professional (Arabic, English, French) known for high-impact communication and consultative corporate client management. I lead remote B2B and B2C success funnels through needs assessments, onboarding, and lead conversion—turning international inquiries into long-term customer accounts.
