At Brokers BackOffice, I onboarded and supported 100+ Australian clients, managing relationships from initial engagement through ongoing service delivery. I work with clients across accounting, financial services, mortgage broking, outsourcing, marketing, web development and lead generation.
I manage client check-ins, agreements and retention activity, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs. I also act as an escalation point and support the Client Relationship Management team, including mentoring Relationship Managers.
Alongside client relationship management, I manage recruitment from role briefing through candidate placement and onboarding. At Capitec Bank Ltd, I delivered customer service and sales solutions across retail and business banking, and I currently teach English online through Preply, Cambly, Edusogno, MPC Connect and Carrot Global.
