I'm looking to contribute to Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success teams where I can translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and help organizations solve business challenges through SaaS, AI, and automation.

I've supported customers at eClerx Services Ltd. and built responsive web interfaces at GPT Softwares, combining customer communication with practical technology delivery.

My work includes an AI customer support automation workflow using n8n, Make.com, OpenAI API, and webhooks, designed to automate query handling and improve response efficiency. I also developed a REST API integration dashboard and a real estate management web application with property listings, customer management, and CRUD operations.

With a Master's in Computer Science, I'm focused on translating business requirements into solutions for Enterprise SaaS, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, and Customer Success teams.
