What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver AI-powered products where I can bridge enterprise client needs with platform configuration, prompt engineering, testing, and end-to-end technical delivery.

At Word Works AI / Voice India AI, I partner with enterprise clients including L&T, Motilal Oswal, and Tata Capital to turn discovery sessions and requirements into tailored Voice AI platform configurations, testing, and production deployments.

I designed a six-phase UAT framework with defined exit criteria, roles, responsibilities, and an 18-scenario test matrix to de-risk releases before go-live. I also analyze conversation logs, analytics, and call outcomes to resolve flow anomalies, improve conversational accuracy, and address platform configuration bottlenecks.

I bring hands-on full-stack development across Python, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and SQL, alongside Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and prompt engineering. My communication coaching background helps me lead client-facing discussions, workshops, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional delivery.
