I'm looking for IT infrastructure, network, CCTV, or project management work where I can lead field teams, resolve customer escalations, and deliver technical projects on time.

I provide freelance IT support across Kolkata and West Bengal, covering networks, computer hardware, CCTV, LAN, WAN, and MAN environments. I've supported organizations including BSNL, HTP Global, Team Computer, Orbit, DSM Infocom, TVS Networks, Tekyon Networks, Swan Solution, Wipro, and HP.

I've led IT projects as an Area Manager at DSM Infocom and managed technical and operational work for Reliance. My experience includes leased-line maintenance, CCTV installation and monitoring, engineer scheduling, customer escalation resolution, and banking, government, telecom, and enterprise projects including CCTNS, Bandhan Bank, SBI RRB, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, UCO Bank, BSNL, and Airtel.
