I'm looking to lead global digital analytics, SEO, and growth initiatives where I can build scalable measurement and automation capabilities, develop high-performing teams, and deliver measurable revenue, conversion, and ROI improvements.

I've led SEO, digital analytics, and growth marketing for AirAsia Move, Hays Plc, Agilent Technologies, and other global businesses across APAC, EMEA, Americas, and UK&I.

At AirAsia Move, I owned SEO architecture and growth strategy across Flights, Hotels/Stays, Ride, Duty-Free, and Airlines. I deployed AI-driven content automation across approximately 300,000 SEO pages, expanding market coverage while reducing production time.

At Hays, I built the Analytics Center of Excellence from the ground up and implemented Google Marketing Platform 360 globally. My work grew core marketing KPIs by 12% YoY and organic conversion by 15% YoY.

I build measurement architecture, experimentation programs, and high-performing analytics and SEO teams using platforms including Adobe Analytics, GA4, Tealium, Salesforce, and Power BI.
