I’m a skilled IT technician specializing in interpersonal communication, safety protocols, situational awareness, and a military background. I focus on integrity management and self-defense techniques to support a secure and ethical workplace.

In my recent roles as a Service Engineer and Network engineer, I installed, configured, and maintained office printing systems (including Konica Minolta multifunction printers) while performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime. I also troubleshot network issues and provided rapid solutions to limit downtime, configuring LAN technology and wireless access points/controllers to improve performance.

Across assignments, I strengthen operational efficiency through strong technical troubleshooting—software installation, hardware upgrades, routers and switches, Ethernet switches setup, and network cabling knowledge.
