At ALDI SÜD Dienstleistungs-SE & Co. KG, I take full responsibility for cross-departmental transformation and implementation projects and report directly to C-level stakeholders. I also serve as interim head of the Data Protection department.

As Head of Project Management, I lead 2–4 direct managers and multiple project teams, alongside responsibility for the full HR cycle. Before this role, I managed complex logistics and supply chain projects and led interdisciplinary teams through transformation projects.

At ALDI Italia S.r.l., I managed five stores in an international growth market, implemented an automated ordering system, and supervised Italy's first store expansion. I also took responsibility for the HR cycle and led across Italian and English-speaking contexts.

Earlier, at ALDI Geisenfeld SE & Co. KG, I oversaw up to 10 stores, held HR responsibility for up to 100 employees, and headed the Procurement department in a team lead function. I hold a BA in Business Administration and am pursuing an MBA focused on Management Excellence.
