At HCLTech, I support enterprise Linux and cloud operations across Azure and AWS, contributing to 99.9% system availability for production services.

I automate alert triage, false-positive remediation, and ServiceNow workflows using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Functions. I also provision repeatable Azure infrastructure with Terraform and build CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

I containerize applications with Docker, orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes, and improve observability through Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack. My work spans incident response, cloud networking, Linux troubleshooting, and application-level issues.

Previously, I built MERN applications at JSpiders and automated Azure and AWS test-environment deployments. I’ve also delivered highly available AWS infrastructure with Terraform, ECS Fargate, RDS PostgreSQL, GitHub Actions, and backup and recovery automation.
