My name is Nilam Airy, and I am currently pursuing my education at Nepal Commerce Campus in Kathmandu. I have a strong foundation in customer service, having worked as a cashier and in technical support roles. Later, at Dishhome Media Network, I further developed my technical support abilities, assisting clients with their inquiries and providing effective solutions.
