I’m a Customer Service Representative with over one year of experience supporting Ncell customers through Kantipur Management Pvt. Ltd. I handle high volumes of inbound calls efficiently and professionally while staying focused on customer satisfaction.

In my role, I resolve customer inquiries and service issues, promote telecom services, and convert potential leads into sales. I’m known for clear communication, strong problem solving, and maintaining customer relationships through reliable support.

Alongside my customer-facing work, I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), and I’m motivated to grow my skills further. I bring a consistent, multitasking mindset to every interaction—balancing service, troubleshooting, and sales goals.
