What I'm looking for

I'm motivated by long-term, challenging projects, such as in game development.

At Kaizen Gaming, I coordinate end-to-end international expansion projects and track milestones in Wrike to support entry into new markets. I also manage projects in existing markets, aligning work with local regulatory and legal requirements.

I established project governance structures using Jira and Wrike to improve transparency, accountability, and alignment with corporate objectives. I also identify potential bottlenecks and regulatory risks and plan contingencies.

Previously, as Agile Delivery Lead at Kaizen Gaming, I led three teams in Scrum implementation and used Jira metrics to monitor sprint progress. I partnered with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and user-story refinement.

At Lanic, I coordinated stakeholders and cross-functional teams through software requirements, development, testing, and release. I used Jira and Trello to support delivery, and worked with Keycloak for identity and access management.
