At Craig's Cruisers, I support daily operations across Food & Beverage, Attractions, Arcade, Retail, Group Events, Guest Experience, and Facility Operations while preparing for future General Manager responsibilities through Five Star Parks & Attractions' General Manager Development Program.

I've opened new locations with Shake Shack and Hawaiian Bros, including hiring, onboarding, and training 60 opening team members for a $4 million Shake Shack restaurant. At McAlister's Deli, I rebuilt a leadership team, reduced food cost variance from approximately 2% to 0.75–0.90%, and improved labor performance through workforce planning and accountability.

Earlier, I led $5 million Raising Cane's and $1.75 million Domino's operations, developed managers and trainers, and supported restaurants through leadership transitions and staffing shortages. I bring hands-on operational leadership across financial performance, labor, inventory, guest experience, hiring, training, and process consistency.
