I’m looking for a people-focused operations role where I can lead daily execution, improve guest experiences, and strengthen team performance through clear processes, coaching, and accountability. I want steady growth in responsibility and impact.

I lead daily operations with a focus on productivity, guest service, and consistent execution. I coordinate essential procedures to plan, organize, direct, and carry out retail and restaurant workflows.

At The UPS Store, I assist in managing daily retail operations, recruit and supervise personnel, and support performance through weekly meetings.
