What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a psychotherapy and addiction treatment setting where I can deliver trauma-informed, compassionate clinical care. I want opportunities to use crisis assessment skills, safety-focused interventions, and ongoing supervision to support clients’ recovery.

I’m a certified EMT and crisis counselor with experience supporting children, adults, and families in high-stress environments. I provide short-term and regular crisis intervention, including comprehensive suicide/homicide risk assessments and evaluations.

In my current role, I maintain accurate, confidential documentation (EMHR and related systems), complete program administrative duties, and engage in supervision and case conferences. I also support community education through presentations and coordinate with law enforcement and other agencies during mental-health crises.

Previously, I worked as a Care Manager for children with developmental disabilities and medically fragile conditions, where I led individualized care planning with multidisciplinary teams. I served as a primary family point of contact, advocated across systems for needed services, and delivered caregiver training while producing clear reports for stakeholders.

I also bring emergency clinical experience from serving as a Combat Medic (68W), performing emergency cardiac care and stabilizing patients for transport. Now, while completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with practicum experience, I’m focused on using my clinical skills, empathy, and safety-first approach in psychotherapy and addiction treatment settings.
