What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can support international clients or create effective video content, use strong communication and problem-solving skills, and continue learning new tools while working US hours.

I've supported VIP clients for Empire CLS and international passengers for Etihad Airways, handling bookings, escalations, complaints, and service requests across calls, email, and live chat.

At Globalkom, I worked US business hours in English and resolved complex scheduling and service issues with empathy and composure, helping maintain long-term client relationships and retention.

More recently, I produced daily video ad creatives for Scandinavian Smiles, independently developing hooks and angles for UGC-style ads, cinematic product showcases, and short-form social content.

I use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, and Salesforce to deliver polished creative work while staying organized across remote teams and changing priorities.
