What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex cross-functional projects where I can improve operations, mitigate risk, strengthen client partnerships, and use data to drive scalable business decisions.

At Crozier Fine Arts, a division of Iron Mountain, I direct 10 to 20 concurrent logistics projects for institutions including UT Austin, the Saint Louis Art Museum, and the Art Museum of South Texas. I coordinate high-value artwork shipments, protect strict SLA and on-time delivery targets, and build contingency plans for multimillion-dollar assets.

I grew a high-value institutional portfolio by 20% while expanding partnerships with museums, institutions, and private collectors. I also develop account plans, pricing workflows, and reverse-logistics plans that remove bottlenecks across fabrication teams, labor crews, carriers, and brokers.

Previously at C.H. Robinson, I managed a $250K monthly gross-revenue shipping portfolio for enterprise retail accounts including Walmart and Target. I negotiated capacity agreements, scaled partnerships across 15+ carriers, and increased automated booking adoption by 10% across the regional carrier base.

I bring a business and marketing foundation, hands-on research experience, and an interest in using SQL data models and dashboards to turn operational insight into better decisions. I'm currently pursuing an MBA and preparing for PMP certification.
