I’m seeking a customer-facing operations or estimating role where I can apply my mechanical engineering background to improve order-to-cash processes, contribute to cross-functional teams, and grow technically in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

I am a mechanical engineer who has worked as a Customer Experience Specialist and an Estimation Engineer, combining technical analysis with customer-facing operations.

At Honeywell I managed order processing, billing, PO creation, government projects, and produced monthly APAC operations reports, earning internal recognition for urgency and high bid submissions.

I am proficient with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, MS Excel, MS Word, AUTO CAD, CATIA, Ansys, MATLAB, Master Cam, MS PowerPoint and programming basics in C, C+ and html, applying these tools to cost estimation and process improvements.
