Looking for opportunities in HR operations and also open for Executive Assistant role as well.

At JBPL Group, I manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee records, and exits. I close 40+ hires per month across multiple functions and industries.

I built and rolled out 15+ HR policies, SOPs, and standard formats. I also supported HR documentation for an ISO audit that was completed successfully.

At JBPL Group, I work directly with the Director on hiring plans and action tracking, and manage calendar, meetings, and business correspondence. I prepare reports, presentations, and MOMs while maintaining confidentiality.

At The Internspire, I managed recruitment and supported campus drives, onboarding, and HR operations. I mentored 280+ interns and contributed to the Talent Hunt workshop, which attracted 500+ student registrations.
