I'm currently managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and support functions at Reelax, Bridgeness Technologies Pvt. Ltd. I drafted HR policies from scratch and implemented Zoho HRMS to maintain accurate employee, attendance, leave, and reporting records.

Previously at Bytesview Analytics Pvt. Ltd., I managed recruitment across IT, non-IT, analytics, technology, operations, and support roles. I reduced average time-to-hire by 25% through structured sourcing using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal pipelines.

I've led complete employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, appraisals, exits, full and final settlements, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance documentation for PF, ESIC, and gratuity. I also partner with leadership on HR policies, SOPs, employee engagement, and data-driven operational decisions.

My earlier experience at Ascent BPO Services strengthened my ability to support high-volume hiring, employee documentation, employee relations, benefits administration, and workplace initiatives. I'm recognized through the Global Young HR Excellence Award and Award of Excellence from UEM at IIT Delhi.
