At ShipBob, I lead the Outbound Orders and Transportation portfolio, spanning order ingestion, routing, carrier selection, tracking, returns, and freight. I built and launched CARE, a production hybrid AI system that combines carrier-specific rules with LLM handling for complex address exceptions.
I also deployed an agentic ticket-resolution workflow that handles about 75% of targeted tickets through AI. To improve reliability, I added protected fields, approved abbreviations, confidence-based abstention, and model-based regression testing.
At ShipBob, I launched ShipBob Logistics and transitioned the network to promise-reliable zone skipping, driving $22M in annualized savings while protecting service-level commitments. I also built network configuration capabilities that raised delivery estimate accuracy from about 90% to above 97%.
Earlier, I led crypto product work at Trade Republic, post-purchase products at Flipkart (Myntra), and logistics products at DHL eCommerce (Blue Dart). My work included launching crypto in Italy and Spain, improving returns and delivery experiences, and building a freight platform at Cargo360 that reached $42K GMV per month.
