At Oracle NetSuite, I owned the multilingual eLearning roadmap and delivery for Education Services. I localized 60+ Learning Paths in six languages and turned regional demand into priorities agreed with senior leadership.

As Translation Portfolio Manager, I built the business case to bring translation and voice-over in-house, eliminating agency spend and scaling the program from three to six languages. I introduced machine translation pilots, a quality checklist and a documented workflow that cut turnaround roughly in half.

At IBM, I led service and change-management teams, owned SLA performance and escalations, and used root-cause analysis to drive improvements. I also helped rescue a failing outsourcing account, bringing SLAs green for the first time and avoiding a roughly $1M penalty; I hold PSPO I, PSM I and ITIL v3 certifications and recently completed Anthropic's Real-World AI with Claude specialization.
