What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI transformation and industrial digitalisation initiatives where I can turn GenAI, automation, MES/ERP integration, and smart-factory technology into measurable operational outcomes.

At Yanfeng Automotive, I built and lead the first regional AI Centre of Excellence across EMEA, aligning governance, knowledge sharing, and AI adoption across business units.

I've launched more than five AI proof of concepts across energy, maintenance, and quality control, delivering an average 215% ROI. I also delivered 12+ regional workshops and created a centralised SharePoint hub to standardise AI knowledge and enablement.

Previously, I integrated analytics into MES and ERP systems, reducing energy costs by 10% through predictive maintenance and cutting defects and downtime by 20% with smart-factory solutions. At Honeywell, I improved production uptime through IoT sensors and automated testing equipment while supporting a Siemens PLM rollout.

Outside enterprise transformation, I founded Trust Me Bro Show, an AI podcast and newsletter community reaching 25,000+ professionals. I build GenAI content workflows using tools including ChatGPT, NotebookLM, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen.
