What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support customers through digital banking, ensure accurate transactions, and solve issues quickly. I want a team that values compliance, security, and clear communication while improving customer self-service and adoption.

I combine customer-focused service with strong analytical thinking from my studies in Political Science and International Relations. I’m known for attention to detail, critical thinking, and making well-reasoned decisions when handling complex information.

At hotel receptionist roles (2021-2022), I welcomed guests, managed check-ins and check-outs, handled reservations and phone/email communication, and resolved issues in a fast-paced environment. I also coordinated communication between departments while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

At Bank of Georgia, I’ve supported digital banking services (mobile app, internet banking, and self-service terminals) and guided customers through onboarding and product activation. In my current Digital Services Officer work, I open and register retail and legal accounts, process cash and non-cash transactions, assist with loan applications, support credit card activation, and follow security, compliance, and security standards to ensure an excellent customer experience.
