What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can use performance marketing, data analysis, and business operations to improve growth, customer acquisition, and decision-making.

I co-founded and scaled OP Management, a digital marketing agency generating over 1M+ GEL in annual revenue. I led approximately 70 employees while managing performance marketing, data analysis, CRM systems, and business operations.

I build marketing funnels, customer acquisition strategies, reports, and dashboards that support business decisions and growth. My work includes managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, client relationships, and cross-functional teams.

At Bituroad, I planned and marketed international conferences across Georgia, China, and Vietnam. I coordinated partners and sponsors, managed digital event promotion, and used performance marketing and analytics to increase attendance.

I also founded and manage Ekaterine’s House, overseeing café operations, staff, supplier negotiations, pricing, budgeting, cost control, customer experience, brand positioning, and local marketing.
