At Wolt Georgia, I onboard 45–50 merchant venues monthly and previously set the company-wide monthly onboarding record with 73 venues. I train new partners on platform tools, catalog setup, and image-policy compliance.

I've supported Wolt partners and customers since 2022, resolving issues proactively before escalation and earning promotion from Support Associate to Onboarding Associate. I also maintain accurate merchant listings through Excel-based catalog review and data correction.

Outside Wolt, I directed Meta and Instagram campaigns for Makalze Restaurant that increased engagement by 43%. As a co-founder of Zepuri Restaurant, I ran acquisition experiments across Wolt, Glovo, Meta, and TV, generating 8,000–9,000 GEL in monthly revenue before closing the business when the local market could not support profitability.

I've also founded an apparel brand and co-founded a mobile car wash service, managing production, fulfillment, paid social advertising, and demand testing. These experiences have made me practical about customer acquisition, operations, and making data-informed decisions.
