I administer mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, licenses, user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access administration.
I troubleshoot mail delivery and authentication issues involving SPF, DKIM, DMARC, transport rules, SSO, ADFS, and hybrid identity integrations through AD Connect.
I also support Microsoft Purview retention and litigation holds, Microsoft Defender administration, security-event resolution, root cause analysis, and operational documentation.
